The above stated plans would mean residents in the Woodgrange Conservation Area would be restricted to accessing Woodgrange Road via Hampton or Claremont Roads. Osborne Road already has restrictions due to “healthy school street” proposals. Either permit local residents to pass through these “Modality filters” otherwise I fully reject the council’s proposals for the area.
