Dangerously bright billboard

One of the billboards here is dazzlingly bright and a major distraction when turning left onto Romford road coming off the a406. This is a very busy junction with people driving aggressively at the best of times, so we don't need an extra cause of risk

Its especially bad at night when the board switches to an advert with a light background. There's no way you'd be able to see a cyclist or moped at dusk when the sign changes, especially as there are plenty who drive without lights or cross on and off the pavement.
