The Rathbone market area would be perfect space.
Lots of seating for people to sit and chat.
It will help bring the community together having a shared space to eat, drink and socialise while outside.
The community will get to know each other in a social way and help with community cohesion.
The community will feel more invested in where they live.
A unit from under the apartments can be used as a community hub, for birthday parties, and community events.
