Conflict Reslution through Drama

To support the community in relations to build intergenerational relationships between the young and the older population. This would involve providing support and education around conflict management, learning how to negotiate and increase listening skills through role play.

This workshop programme would support residents to work with each other in harmony through role play by bringing in qualified facilitators and practitioners. Through techniques of drama role play participants would explore conflict disagreements and how to diffuse them through creative means.
