Community Organising

This is paid local residents of varying ages as Community Organisers based in a community centre, where they can go door-to-door collecting information about local people's opinions of what the area needs. The Community Organiser will encourage the local residents to get organised and create projects and groups that build a thriving community and bring back positive street life to the area,

There have been previous Community Organiser programmes before in the UK like in Marsh Farm Luton, where the local community have took ownership of the area and created jobs, social activities, and projects.
