Since last few years community halls and places are closed down with one or more reasons. In area of about 3/4 mile distance I found atleast 3 centres closed and demolished to ground. I.e. at Barking road E6., Forest gate area ,Upton centre and many more wich I am not aware of.
Community hall are very assisting in developing cultural values.
