Cars parked on double yellow lines regularly

There are always a number of cars parked outside the shops on double yellow lines at the end of Sebert road.
On a normal day, this can mean a build up of frustrated drivers trying to get through.
With the propsosed modal filtres pushing vehicles towards this end of Sebert road as a route out of FGN, I fear you are going to get gridlocked traffic unless we have more regular traffic wardens to police this area?
