Capel Road and Woodgrange LTNs

Whilst i think most people want safe streets for all, these LTNs will not provide this.
It will disportionately disadvantage groups with protected characteristics (under rhe Equality Act) by making it almost impossible for them to continue their day to day routines. Whilst I accept each home will be accessible the additional time to go around will be considerable and will add significant pollution to other already busy areas ie Woodgrange Road and Romford Road.
I had understood that Newham council were keen for Newham to be somewhere people would want to live but Woodgesnge road will be full of stationery/slow moving traffic making walking along it inpleasant and dangerous - let alone for anyone who lives there. Businesses will be unduly affected and it will be unpleasant to sit outside a cafe.
I am disappointed that Newham has put through this proposal when there are many other ways that traffic could be slowed and residents wouldnt be inconvenienced to this significant degree
I, therefore, ask you to reconsider these proposals.
