What: Brighten up the alleyway connecting Jack Cornwell Street with Parkhurst Road with paint, greenery and lighting. Consider it as a pass through for cyclists that connects the north-south cycling route. Consider a paving uplift of the alleyways with colourful floor vinyls.
Where: Alleyway connecting Jack Cornwell Street and Parkhurst Rd, next to Victoria Cross Pub.
