Description
The aim of the project is to provide a safe space for older people who have had a stroke and their families to meet, take part in healthy and physical activities and access other community services in the local area and beyond.
1. It will act as a Befriending service for friends and neighbours of Newham
2. Provide additional exercise classes - Yoga (1 hour per week)
3. Various Social trips and outings
4. Healthy lifestyle workshops (1 per month)

This project is very good. Diversity of people come here and enjoy the their life, especially old, disabled and lonely people. I believe there should be more project like this in the borough. I support the project.
