A thorough cleanup of the area in front of the Earl of Essex pub. This is a major intersection in Manor Park and it is an eyesore. There is rubbish and bird excrement and it looks awful. Putting planters and some street art (painted pavement by children?) would add a bit of happiness to this old place.
