Balmoral Road/Tylney Road sees ridiculously high numbers of vehicles on a daily basis. Most of these are not residents. The visibility is poor coming over the bridge and drivers frequently go at speed - particularly south to north where there are no restrictions. We need to reduce the number of vehicles coming through here to make this a nicer place to live, walk and cycle
