Handicrafts helps to relax and activities are suitable for meditation 🤗 Good Luck🤞
It is work that helps to calm down emotionally and concentrate, even during depression it has a great calming effect. I wish you success in the implementation of the project. Both clothes and various fabrics were decorated with embroidery. Depending on the purpose of the item, the fabrics used, and ultimately traditions and fashion, the embroidery method, threads and patterns were chosen.
      Linkiu sėkmės, labai gera idėja.

@Ema Ivanauskaite Labai ačiū. Siuvinėjimas – tai pažįstamas, tačiau dažniausiai iki galo neatrastas užsiėmimas. Dar prieš kurį laiką siuvinėjimo metu moterys dalinosi pasakojimais, dainavo dainas ir gražino savo namus ar aprangą. Embroidery is a familiar, but mostly undiscovered occupation. Not long ago, women shared stories, sang songs and beautified their homes or clothes during embroidery.

I love the idea that it is artistic and therapeutic at the same time. Due to the current economic and political events in our country, and for someone due to a challenging personal circumstances in life, this project is like a wonderful ray of light, to calm down from the daily anxiety, engage in creative work, and meet new people, who may become even new best friends. Wonderful idea! I love every bit of it. Thank you.

@Sabina Hassan Thank you. Crafting focuses attention on the work, which helps to get rid of intrusive thoughts and calm down. Everyone can experience stress, but artistic embroidery gives us the opportunity to enjoy being creative and create something that gives us a sense of accomplishment and pride. Some crafts, such as embroidery, also involve counting, as you need to count stitches and crosses. Continuous counting helps you remember numbers. Sometimes it may be necessary to multiply, add or subtract. Crafts help control small muscles and strengthen hand-eye coordination. By holding brushes and learning how to handle brushes, crayons, scissors and other tools, we gain the skills necessary for writing, as well as a sense of being in control of ourselves and our world.
