Description
My Idea for my project is to help those with depression, anxiety any form of mental health. There is currently a 9 months waiting list to see a professional for mental health. I want to try and help those with mental health issues. I myself suffer with mental health too. This is to also combat loneliness. A lot of people do not have family nearby. I am calling this Andrea's Group after my friend Andrea who passed away last year.

Sorry to hear about your friend. More needs to be done for mental health issues and support. Wish you well with your project, my friend is hoping to run one in Manor Park so maybe you can link up if successful and support each other
