PRIORITY 4 :Health and wellbeing, physical & mental health.

An App a Day Café (AAADC) is a creative digital inclusion project that aims to support vulnerable communities to socially and physically reconnect after a year of Covid lockdowns and isolation.

A programme of fun, practical and creative digital activities where participants will explore the potential of their smart devices as a multifaceted tool for personal enablement and creative expression. Improving health and well- being, physical and mental health.

AAADC will have a blended learning approach allowing participants to join virtually (via Zoom) or face to face in physical sessions (in Stratford Library and on location in e.g QEOP or Stratford Park)

‘Zoom’ surgery drop ins, smart device loans and home visits will also be provided.

The digital art work produced by the participants will become a piece of co-created public art – a large vinyl window display for Stratford Library or another location voted for by the group or Citizens Assembly .
