I am a blue badge holder. My relatives live on Sebert Road and most of the time I need to visit them from Hampton. I can’t walk there because I have arthritis . Woodgrange rd is very busy most of time I couldn’t go that way .My request to you please don’t close this Balmoral bridge crossing ,you must please give access to local residents. Woodgrange road would become too busy and take too long because of these proposals.
