Manwood Street

A team of architects and consultants is currently developing proposals to develop between 15 to 20 new homes on the site that has been vacant for a number of years on Manwood Street. Whilst planning permission was granted for new homes in 2013 this has now lapsed, which has given the Council the opportunity to look at the scheme again and come up with improved proposals to provide a range of affordable homes, including some three bedroom family homes.
