About the event
The Works comprise the complete design, construction, and defects rectification of the whole of the development, comprising the demolition of the remaining building on the site and construction of three new buildings that will deliver 95 new affordable homes and commercial / business / service floorspace and new public realm and growing space.
The site is situated on Freemasons Road in the London Borough of Newham. The surrounding area is predominantly residential housing.
Visitors will be able to see the concrete frame works progressing on all three blocks as well as the installation of the external facade. Scaffolding, brick laying, window install and insulation. By this time we should be well into the internals as well so visitors will have a range to see, from party walls through to plastering.
