Junction 2 covers the junction of Romford Road with Woodgrange Road and Upton Lane, and proposed changes include a separated cycle track, a continuous footway at Sprowston Road, improved pedestrian and cycle crossings, new parking and loading restrictions, bus stop improvements, new planting and traffic signal upgrades
